We provide worldwide shipping, excluding certain regions in Asia and remote or hard-to-reach areas.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping fee: $12.95

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS

  • Estimated delivery time: 15–25 business days after dispatch

  • Available for orders over $50

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or local courier delays.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees (if applicable) are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Kobalt Tools is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist you as quickly as possible. 

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the package and items received

We will review the case and offer a suitable solution.
